Butter Cake

This Butter Cake was bake last Saturday.The cake was actually bake last minute cos the next day need to pray my dad and elder brother and also butter cake was my brother favourite.I am very happy that the whole cake turn out to be very nice in texture and also very proud that I finally able to bake a proper butter cake compare to the first one with burnt top.

Eclairs


These Eclairs actually is my youngest sister favourite ,but becos previously can't get the right texture so have been trying making these Eclairs many time.So yesterday try baking these and to my surprise I manage to get the right texture that my youngest sister acutally looking for .I am very happy that I did not disappoint her this time.Here all the credit goes to Auntie Irene, becos without her scolding and nagging I will not be able to bake by now and also without her I will never know that I actually can do so many things.So Margaret and all over there, I know that most of them also get alot of scolding and naking for her, but believe me that one day all of you will know that you actually gain alot for her.

Prawn Roll

This is Prawn Roll and was done on last Saturday.The process was quite troublesome but the end product taste good.My family love it very much.

Woo Kok

I actually wanted to make these Woo Kok for quite sometime,but knowing that it is not so easy to handle especially when frying but still eagle to give it a try.After throwing away many of them,I took one whole afternoon before I got the right texture. Really very happy that I finally success in making them .Once again,thanks Auntie Irene for your help.Another BIG kiss to you.

Breakfast

This is the Chocolate Bread after toasting,I spread the Kaya and put a piece of Butter, with 2 half boiled eggs and a cup of coffee,this is our breakfast for today.

Yesterday night bake the 烫种 Chocolate and Wholemeal Bread .The taste is really soft and great.My family love the Chocolate Bread very much especially when toast and spread with Kaya and put a piece of butter.

Pandan Kaya

Really a big thanks to Auntie Irene for teaching me how to cook Kaya in 10 minutes.As cooking Kaya is always on my waiting list,but due to too time consuming so have not try cooking it. This Kaya taste nice and easy to cook.I use the Kaya to spread on the sweet bun that baked on Monday and the combination is really great cos the sweet bun is still soft and fluffy after two days.Now, I am so happy that I can bake bread with the soft texture that my hubby is asking for and also cook Kaya for my family to enjoy.

65deg C Sweet Bun


After viewing Margaret's Blog and saw the sweet bun,really can't fight the temptation so yesterday night decided to bake the 65degC sweet bun.This recipe was given by Auntie Irene , she finally come out with sure soft and fluffy sweet bun after a few attempt.Indeed the texture is soft ,fluffy and taste great especially wrap with butter.Thanks Auntie Irene for this wonderful sweet bun recipe.
