Plain Pau

Due to having a family gathering this coming Saturday to celebrate Mother's Day,and as requested by my sister to make some Plain Pau for "Lor Bak"cos my sister love Pau very much especially "Char Siew Pau" so yesterday try making this Plain Pau. The texture is soft and smooth. I will make "Char Siew Pau" this coming Saturday for her to try.Hope this is the right texture that she is looking for.

Mango Cake

Today is my colleague Mdm Goh's Birthday, so yesterday bake a Mango Cake for her.Hope she will like it and wish her "Happy Birthday" and may all the good things stay with her forever,be happy and don't worry so much.

Homemade Noodles

Last week try out this Homemade Noodles recipe from Joanne, the texture really very smooth and taste great.My sisters love it very much.Thanks Joanne for the recipe.

Creme Brulee

This Creme Brulee was done yesterday, it is also Echo that demonstrates to us how to burn the sugar to get a crispy layer of caramel.My youngest son enjoy this dessert very much and ask me to make again tonight to show him how I get the crispy layer of caremel.This Creme Brulee really taste great and also easy to make. Thanks Aunty Irene and Echo for all the trouble.

Chocolate Souffle

Last weekend went to Aunty Irene place to learnt this Chocolate Souffle.Yesterday night try baking for my son,I was so excited to see the Souffle puffed up above the cup and very slowly I dust with icing sugar and serve my son .My son tested and say "Mummy Thumb Up" very delicious.Thanks Aunty Irene for the recipe and also Thanks her friend for the demonstration.
