Lemon Chocolate Indulgence

Today is my hubby's birthday, so yesterday night bake a birthday cake for him as he suggest to have a BBQ at the Lakeside Fishing Pond to celebrate his birthday together with some of his friends and workers.My youngest son help me to decorate the cake after his class at about 9pm.I knew that he is very tired but still insist to help me finish all the decoration. I really thanks him for his suggestion and help.Thanks BAOBEI.

After seeing so many of the Kaypo Club member steam this 蒸肉蛋糕 can't wait to try it, so Tuesday give Aunty Irene a call for the recipe and try making it.The process is not too time consuming and the texture of the cake really very soft.
