I Have been wanting to make macaroon but learn that it is not easy even though it is a simple recipe and know that many people failed in making it.So yesterday decided to give it a try,this is my first attempt and it came out to be quite successful.It really melts in your mouth and taste really great that you can't fight the temptation of having more.

Oats & Assorted Nuts Granola Bar
Another kind of Granola Bar with Oats and Nuts.The taste is really good as it is not too sweet, and is very chewy.Crazy about these granola bar that can't stop making them.Will come up with something new again in due course.

Pandan & Chocolate Cup Cake
These Pandan Cup Cake taste good, as for the Chocolate Cup Cake, I use the same recipe only change the Pandan Paste to Coco powder as advise by Auntie Irene .The texture for both cup cake is soft and they smell nice.For cake lover can try baking them .

Granola Bar
These Granola Bar is my "LOVER" cos remember when young, my mum use to buy for us to eat. As we grew older, hardly eat it cos outside selling is either too sweet or too hard.I'm happy with this recipe becos it is neither too sweet nor too hard, it's just nice to eat with a cup of coffee or tea.

Birthday Cake
This Birthday Cake was specially baked for my mother-in-law 81 yrs old birthday which falls on the Eve of Chinese New Year.The decoration was done by me but the wording was done by my hubby,due to too busy during the Chinese New Year so pending until today to post it to my blog.
