Early Birthday Celebration for Somewhere

Yesterday was a very happy occasion cos we have an early birthday celebration

for SOMEWHERE which birthday fall on this month.All the kaypo club member went to auntie Irene's place for the celebration.First would like to thanks auntie irene for all the hard work and oso a very big thanks to Nicole for spending her time at Auntie Irene's place helping out all the good dishes .Last but not lease to thanks JoannE,Mary ,Margaret ,Xueli, Oink,Richard, Joann and Mabel for all the contribution and hope that our friendship will last forever. So all the kaypo club memeber "YO YI WEN SUI"

红枣炖鸡 VS 三杯鸡

Tried these two dishes last week it taste really great.My son love the 红枣炖鸡
very much that both of them finished it without keep some for my hubby and me .
And as for the 三杯鸡 they enjoy eating it with rice.So many thanks to auntie irene for you effort.

Sweet Bun with streasel topping These sweet bun with streasel topping and chocolate mini croissant is actually baked 2 weeks ago,cos did not sent the photos to auntie irene so cannot manage to post them on time. The streasel is very crispy when you bite it.

Colourful Ang Ku Kueh

After seeing Joanne's ang ku kueh,xueli, geraldine's mother-in-law and I went to Auntie Irene's hse and learnt how to make all these colourful ang ku kuehs.I was very surprise to meet Carol and May at Auntie Irene's hse. We had a very wonderful afternoon enjoying ourself.I am very happy that with Auntie Irene's guidance, I finally know how to make them.A very big thanks to Auntie Irene

First, would like to take this festival season to wish all the
kaypo club members and all viewers a Happy Mid Autumn Festivals,
and may our friendship be long forever.
Second, to thanks Auntie Irene for all the kind attention and sharing,
here wish her and her family happy and healthy forever
and be blessed with good happening.
This year is my most meaningful autumn festivals that I had becos
with all you people over there that full of warmth and caring.

Honey Cake & Sweet Bun

The Honey Cake is the same one that Mary baked.

Just becos she don't really like sweet stuff, so she did not

follow the amount of sugar given by the recipe.

In order to show Mary the right texture of this cake,

Auntie Irene insisted that I must bake and show her.

(becos I always listen to her.hahaha"how lian")

So Mary, in future must listen to "Shifu" ok?
As for these breads,cos seeing Mary keep posting breads,

cannot " da han" so last week oso baked some bread for breakfast.
