My Two Son And My Birthday

今天是我大儿子和我的生日，因为小儿子的生日只差两天，所以决定一起庆祝。很感谢Auntie Irene 特地为我做了一个蛋糕，也很感谢一群kaypo club member的祝福。今年的生日过得非常地有意义，不只因为认识了Auntie Irene ， 也因为认识了一群志同道合的朋友一起学做糕点。在这一年多里一起笑，一起哭。所以今年的生日愿望希望我的家人， Auntie Irene ， 我的朋友和kaypo club 的每一个member 都能过得很开心，就有如在‘黄金路’笑姑所说的‘笑也一天，哭也一天，何不开开心心地过每一天。在此祝大家每年都身体健康，万事如意。

My Niece Birthday

Yesterday was my niece's 1 yr old birthday.We went to her house at Punggol to celebrate her birthday.My sister ask me to make the Ang Ku Kueh and cook the Glutinous Rice.These two dishes was taught by Auntie Irene some time ago.

Fresh Fruits Cake

Last Saturday was my younger brother's birthday, so decided to bake a cake with fresh mixed fruits to celebrate his birthday with him.All of us enjoyed the cake very much cos it really taste very delicious.

Rou Gan

I have not been blogging since I hurt my shoulder 3 weeks ago.During this period of time really feel very moody and just don't know how to kill the time.Thankful that now recovering, so yesterday try these ROU GAN and it taste good.

Danish Pastry

This is the third time I make Danish Pastry.I love this kind of pastry very much but because of the process that take quite long so can't make it very often.

Log Cake 3

This Log Cake was designed by my hubby for the Christmas Party held at my brother's place.That day we really had a very wonderful gathering together.All of us enjoy the food and of cause the log cake very much.This year's Christmas was really very meaningful to me cause not only that I have learnt how to bake,but most of all , I get to know Auntie Irene that is willing to teach and share with us.I am oso very lucky that through Auntie Irene I get to know the kaypo club members.Let hope that our friendship will forever remain, and wish Auntie Irene in the pink of health and all the kaypo club members a very Happy New Year.

Wholemeal Bread

On Saturday, after came back from Auntie Irene's place, just wondering what to have for breakfast, my younger son suggested to bake wholemeal bread and since have not try baking this bread so decided to give it a try.To my surprise, the texture of the bread is soft and it smell very fragrant and really go very well with egg and ham.So this is our breakfast on Sunday.
