Trip to Pulau Sibu Kelong

Last week ,hubby decided to bring our two boy to Malaysia Pulau Sibu Kelong for a short trip since the school holiday already started.This trip my youngest son Ric really enjoy his fishing trip very much and as for me not really becos having a very bad cough,but I do enjoy the sea breeze ,the Sunrise and Sunset.

Last weekend as everyone busy making Dumpling, I am busy making buns cos requested by my sons to make buns for our 1 day fishing trip.I love the buns texture as it is very soft, my boys and their friends really enjoy eating it.

Today is my elder sister Irene's Birthday,last Saturday I bake a Chocolate Birthday Cake and celebrated her birthday at my youngest brother house.We had a great time eating a lot of food prepare by her.So this is my Sister Irene and my three lovely nieces.

Last weekend making Pau again cos my family & I love Pau very much .This round I make Meat Pau and Red Bean Pau .This recipe the texture is very smooth and soft that is the reason why I keep making Pau.Haha.
