Your pandan sponge cake looks good too. Is it whole cake pandan or layered. Actually what is the different between sponge cake & chiffon cake? Do u know?

Hi Margaret,
Really very happy that u went into my blog.My pandan is a whole cake itself not layered, and the different between sponge cake and chiffon cake is chiffon cake the step is more , you need to fold in the flour carefully or else the cake will not rise high up and the texture of cause is smooth as for sponge cake the step is less and and texture not bad too.
It depend on what kind of texture you prefer, as for me i like chiffon cake.
