This peach fruit cake is for one of my colleague (but she is oso my good friend) birthday which falls on Sunday,so a few of the managers and me decided to celebrate for her on thursday.Hope she will like this cake and wishes her Happy Birthday and be happy forever.

Birthday cake looks good...so u had tried the kueh ampen, i also must not ‘捡输’,your cup so cute, how come the lobang in the centre is so wide but the taste must be nice, i can smell it liao..

Xueli, the centre is wide but the taste is good.Will try getting some more mould of different design cos really love this kueh.

As for the peach cake, need to thanks auntie irene for teaching me how to bake the sponge cake, if without her patient guidance I dun think I can baked a proper cake like this.So credit goes to Auntie Irene.
