Tried these two dishes last week it taste really great.My son love the 红枣炖鸡
very much that both of them finished it without keep some for my hubby and me .
And as for the 三杯鸡 they enjoy eating it with rice.So many thanks to auntie irene for you effort.

I want to say thank you for telling me where to buy the glass jar for making the enzymes, i went to gek poh on sat and bought 1. so will try and make the enymes this week. Thank you again.

xueli, you don't have to buy one,just use a pot fill with water and place a bowl cover with aluminium foil steam it can liao lor.
