My two sons , after eating the log cake that I learn from Auntie Irene that day, keep pestering me to bake another one . So yesterday night decided to bake this Mini Log Cake for him since today is the PSLE Posting result.Hope that he can achieve flying colours for his studies .

I think because u use chocolate to whip the cream unlike those selling outside with additives, so its very yummy, I let my colleague tried and they also sang praises for the auntie Irene's log cake.

Margaret, ya actually not really very small but compare to the one that I learn from Auntie Irene consider small, as for the topping I agreeded with you cos we are using the dark chocolate so it taste great.
