It is already a month plus since my last posting.So last week decided to start my baking again.This is the Raisin & Lotus Roots Cake, the recipe was given by May to Auntie Irene.The cake taste really very nice with spongy texture.Thanks May for the recipe and Auntie Irene for the teaching.
