I Have been wanting to make macaroon but learn that it is not easy even though it is a simple recipe and know that many people failed in making it.So yesterday decided to give it a try,this is my first attempt and it came out to be quite successful.It really melts in your mouth and taste really great that you can't fight the temptation of having more.

Joanne & Mabel, the taste is sweet and inside is soft like cotton and it melt in your mouth the moment you put them in.
