This Butter Cake was bake last Saturday.The cake was actually bake last minute cos the next day need to pray my dad and elder brother and also butter cake was my brother favourite.I am very happy that the whole cake turn out to be very nice in texture and also very proud that I finally able to bake a proper butter cake compare to the first one with burnt top.

Woo Kok
I actually wanted to make these Woo Kok for quite sometime,but knowing that it is not so easy to handle especially when frying but still eagle to give it a try.After throwing away many of them,I took one whole afternoon before I got the right texture. Crispy Fritters
Yesterday,after dinner with my hubby, we happen to pass by a bookshop and saw this recipe . After looking through ,I decided to buy the book and try out these crispy fritters cos this is also one of my favourite.The process of making the fritters is actually very easy and fast and the end product came out to be very crispy.

Pandan Kaya
Really a big thanks to Auntie Irene for teaching me how to cook Kaya in 10 minutes.As cooking Kaya is always on my waiting list,but due to too time consuming so have not try cooking it. This Kaya taste nice and easy to cook.I use the Kaya to spread on the sweet bun that baked on Monday and the combination is really great cos the sweet bun is still soft and fluffy after two days.Now, I am so happy that I can bake bread with the soft texture that my hubby is asking for and also cook Kaya for my family to enjoy.
