Char Siew Sou

These "Char Siew Sou" is my sisters favourite.So as requested by them, I make these specially for them to try.I personally love it too cos the skin is really very crispy.

sharon, I told I am not hardworking la , just love to cook for my family and sisters that all.

Mabel, this char siew sou is diff from Puff Pastry.The skin is much much simple and easy.

Eileen, the ingredient only char siew and some seasoning that all.

Char siew sou also my favorite too. I have tried aunt irene chichen pie, it is very...crispy and delicious too.
