Red Bean Jelly AngKu


Since the first day of my baking journal,yet to try making Jelly with filling and due to the bad weather,yesterday decided to try making Red Bean Jelly Angku.The whole process of making this dessert is not so complicated,the only time consuming is the cooking of the Red Bean.I am quite happy with the end product as is it not too sweet , the texture is not too soft nor too hard.

The Red Bean Jelly Angku looks so nice, I first time see only (Mountain tortise). Must be very yummy.
