Monday one of my customer brought some 窝包 for me to try, after eating it I just love it very much so yesterday try to figure out. So these are the 窝包 that I made . The taste was really good.

I also never taste 窝包 before. What is the filling made of? Look a bit like the steam cake hor.
Mabel, this窝包, the filling is Char Siew and yellow color is actually the 鸡蛋糕.The combination and taste quite good.
