I wanted to make this 冰皮榴槤月饼 for quite sometime,so last week call Aunty Irene and ask her how to make the durian filling.Finally yesterday have the time to try making it.This 冰皮榴槤月饼 really taste great.As for the 冰皮月饼 just trying out my new mould that I just bought last week.Thanks Aunty Irene for teaching me how to make this 冰皮榴槤月饼.muak muak.
