Re-open of my Kitchen







It's been a month plus since my last baking.After the CNY seasons really very tired just don't feel like baking anything, but my youngest son keep asking me to bake something for him to eat so I have to re-open my kitchen and start to bake again.

you also not bad. You can bake so many foods in once time. Your buns,sugar puff and Coffee meringues look great too.

Hi Dorene,

Would like to check with you regarding Handmade Mini Bread from aunty Irene, during the final proving if the red bean buns did not increase in size.Should we place it to prove in a warm or cool place & whether need to cover with a towel. Please advise.

Thanks for visiting my blog.You need to prove it at a warm place.I normally put it inside the oven and let it prove until double in size.

door open or close & for how long & what is the temperature? Sorry for posting so many questions.

Cecilia Loh, just put the bread inside the oven with the door close and without any temperature for about an hour or until the bread double in size.
