This Chocolate Birthday Cake is specially for my manager's daughter which Birthday falls on 17th May.Due to she love Chocolate, so decided to bake this Cake for her.Hope she will enjoy the Birthday Cake with her family.

Becky, the words decoration is using melted white chocolate not melted sugar.As for the Chee Cheong Fun recipe can only email you next week cos recipe at home.

did you pipe the patterns and letterings all by yourself? I'm impressed by it too, the piping skills looks like the job of a professional, I like the nice lettering, very uniform and neat...I know it's not easy to do it free hand, the hand has to be not steady lor.

Margaret,yes all the piping and decoration is done by me, and you are right that the hand must be steady.As my family memeber's birthday cake is all bake by me, so I have a lot of practice and also practice make perfect.
