Yesterday, my husband asks me if I can make something for him to bring to office for his worker, after considering, decided to made cocoa and pandan kueh ampen for him.As for the chocolate pudding cake is for my son cos they love the texture and chocolate flavour.

This is my younger son Ric Last Saturday, my family and I went to Kelong Fishing Resort at Pulau Sibu in Malaysia.We really enjoy fishing at the Kelong ,but too bad that day not much fishes ,so we didn't manage to catch any big fish.Anyway, it is really very relaxing fishing at the kelong and I love standing on the platform ,looking at the big sea with all worries throwing behind.

After seeing Joanne's donuts , so decided to make these donuts for my boys breakfast.When my younger son tried the donuts and commented that "Mummy these donuts really soft and taste good."So I reply by saying"ya the recipe is from Auntie Irene."He shows me his thumb by raising up and said"YUMMY"

Kueh Ampen After trying JoannE's Kueh Ampen,really love this kueh so much ,so yesterday try making and it turn out to be very successful . Total I have make about 100 over pcs .My mother-in-law and younger son love them very much. Thanks Auntie Irene and JoannE for this Kueh Ampen.
