Creme Brulee

This Creme Brulee was done yesterday, it is also Echo that demonstrates to us how to burn the sugar to get a crispy layer of caramel.My youngest son enjoy this dessert very much and ask me to make again tonight to show him how I get the crispy layer of caremel.This Creme Brulee really taste great and also easy to make. Thanks Aunty Irene and Echo for all the trouble.

Chocolate Souffle

Last weekend went to Aunty Irene place to learnt this Chocolate Souffle.Yesterday night try baking for my son,I was so excited to see the Souffle puffed up above the cup and very slowly I dust with icing sugar and serve my son .My son tested and say "Mummy Thumb Up" very delicious.Thanks Aunty Irene for the recipe and also Thanks her friend for the demonstration.

Mango Cake

After seeing Margaret making the semi-circle cake, I call Auntie Irene to teach me how to do it.Finally last Friday hand on making this Semi-Circle Mango Cake as Saturday is our family gathering with my mum , sis and brothers.Over all the Cake Mango taste great and everybody love it .Thanks Auntie Irene , I actually learn one more new thing from you.

Pecan Tart

This Pecan Tart already at my waiting list for quiet sometime,yesterday decided to give it a try as I love nuts very much.The end prducts came out to be good as it is quiet chewy.My youngest son love it so much that he ate 2 pcs.

Soon Kueh 2

This is the second time I make Soon Kueh.The texture of the skin is smooth and soft.Thanks Michelle for this recipe, it is indeed great.

As a promise to my son, yesterday night make the Prawn Dumpling again. This round I actually add 芦笋,as Aunty Irene told me that with 芦笋 the Prawn Dumpling will taste better and true enough the taste really better than the first day.
