Mango Cake


After seeing Margaret making the semi-circle cake, I call Auntie Irene to teach me how to do it.Finally last Friday hand on making this Semi-Circle Mango Cake as Saturday is our family gathering with my mum , sis and brothers.Over all the Cake Mango taste great and everybody love it .Thanks Auntie Irene , I actually learn one more new thing from you.

your earlier pecan tart looks good...I love to eat pecan nuts after trying the caramelised roasted from Philippines.

the mango cream cake must taste really yummy. Think if you want to see the semi-circle effect more distinctively, i have a suggestion, perhaps next time you may want to try to do one without having cream piping round the top.
