Agar Agar Moon Cake

Finally , after all the hard time , I manage to make this Agar Agar Mooncake yesterday. The taste really great and I am sure that I am going to make for my family this Mid-Autumn Festival.Thanks Aunty Irene for the recipe.

Durian Cake

This Durian Cake is a request from my elder son's friend for another friend Anniversary.
Due to is a request from my son so have to bake this cake just for him.Hope his friend will like this cake.

Madeleines

I wanted to bake these Madeleines quite some time ago,just becos don't have the mould so keep pending until one day my hubby came back with a big bag full of different kind of mould and baking tin.He told me that actually from his Engineer's mom that don't bake anymore, since he knew that I am baking so gave them to me.I was delighted when saw the madeleines mould and immediately try out the recipe.I just fall in love with it as the texture really soft in the inside and crispy on the outside.

窝包

Monday one of my customer brought some 窝包 for me to try, after eating it I just love it very much so yesterday try to figure out. So these are the 窝包 that I made . The taste was really good.

Cream Puff

It been quite sometime since my last cream puff, yesterday just feel like having it so decided to bake it.The filling that I use is mixed berries yogurt with whipping cream.I am quite happy with the filling as it goes very well.I will be baking it again for my colleagues to try.

Lemon Chocolate Indulgence

Today is my hubby's birthday, so yesterday night bake a birthday cake for him as he suggest to have a BBQ at the Lakeside Fishing Pond to celebrate his birthday together with some of his friends and workers.My youngest son help me to decorate the cake after his class at about 9pm.I knew that he is very tired but still insist to help me finish all the decoration. I really thanks him for his suggestion and help.Thanks BAOBEI.

蒸肉蛋糕

After seeing so many of the Kaypo Club member steam this 蒸肉蛋糕 can't wait to try it, so Tuesday give Aunty Irene a call for the recipe and try making it.The process is not too time consuming and the texture of the cake really very soft. My colleagues love the cake as they never try eating steam cake with minced meat before.Thanks Aunty Irene for the recipe and guidance of steaming this 蒸肉蛋糕 it's really great.
