I never try making these Baked Pao before so yesterday try out and to my surprise it is really taste great as the skin very crispy and the filling is very delicious.My youngest son love it very much that he ate 2 pcs.

Oreo Chocolate Mousse Cake

This Oreo Chocolate Mousse Cake is a combination of Mascarpone Cream and Dark Chocolate,with the oreo biscuit as the base it really taste great.

Tiramisu Cake

Today is one of my colleague Mdm Goh's Birthday, as a promise to her that I will bake Tiramisu Cake on her Birthday ,so yesterday get the ingredient really and start my baking at about 8pm.This is the Tiramisu Cake that I bake for her and hope that she will love it."Happy Birthday to Mdm Goh " and wish her all the best with lots of blessing.

包子

It is been quite sometime since my last making of 包子, yesterday just feel like making it , so after work get all the ingredient and start my journey.My youngest son love eating 鸡蛋肉包子,he ate 4 pcs in a roll and still insist to have some more.

Royal Chocolate Cake

Seeing Aunty Irene, Joanne & Margaret baking this Royal Chocolate Cake, "Tak boleh tahan"so call Aunty Irene for the recipe and bake for my son.When my youngest son try the cake, the first comment that he give me is "Mummy very yummy and SEE PAI HO JIA" I laughed and said to him:"Ric this is the answer that Aunty Irene is waiting."Thanks Echo and Aunty Irene for this wonderful cake.Will bake for my Elder Sister on her birthday which falls in May.

Re-open of my Kitchen

It's been a month plus since my last baking.After the CNY seasons really very tired just don't feel like baking anything, but my youngest son keep asking me to bake something for him to eat so I have to re-open my kitchen and start to bake again.
