Today is my youngest son Ric 15th Birthday, as requested by him to bake a Lychee Cake for his Birthday , so yesterday call Aunty Irene for the recipe to bake a Cheesy Lychee Cake for him. Birthday Cake for My Son & Me

Time really flies, today is my Elder Son Roy's 17th Birthday & also my birthday. Yesterday bake a Tiramisu Cake as requested by him for his Birthday." My Dear Really Cool Son, It's possible I have made a few small mistakes in life, but having you for my wonderful son has not been one."Happy Birthday to you.

Here would also like to thanks Aunty Irene for this Cheesy Strawberry Cake , for remembering my Birthday , bake a cake for me and make an attempt to deliver to me.Really very very touch and very happy to have a Teacher like you. Thanks L-5 for all the trouble to deliver this cake from Bedok to Jurong. Thank you very much.

Durian Cream Puff

This Durian Cream Puff recipe is from Aunty Irene which she bake last weekend during Oink's Birthday.Due to no fresh cream so I can't make the custard cream puff but instead I try Durian Cream Puff.

Banana Cake

It is quite sometime since my last call to Aunty Irene,so yesterday call and chat with her, during our chat, she ask me to bake this Banana Cake for my youngest son to try hoping that my son will say : "SEE PEI HO CHIA" .

This morning my son try it and say "Mummy it is only HO CHIA but not "SEE PEI HO CHIA" after hearing his remark I laugh like mad.

Shepherd Pie

After seeing Aunty Irene bake this Shepherd pie during Christmas,so call her and ask for the recipe.Yesterday bake this Shepherd Pie for my youngest to try, after eating ,the first words came from his mouth is "Yummy, Mummy this is really great.

So this morning bake for my colleagues and friends, they love it very much.Thanks Aunty Irene for this great recipe.

Since today is the last day for 2009, I would like to wish all the Kaypo Club Member and all my friends a very "Happy & Prosperous New Year."
