Char Siew & Bean Paste Pau


After a few attempt in making the pau, I think this is the best of all.
Cos excluded the one that done at Auntie Irene' place.
So is there any goods comments from the Kaypo Club Members.

The surface is smooth, but 好像发的不是很大咯。Which recipe did you follow?

Mary, I am using the recipe that auntie irene gave it to us.

DS, you are right I made smaller so it look cute mah.hehehe

dorene, just a stupid suggestion... Decorate the bao from or ni gu until the one that huat nicely with those 'flower' Then you can tell people is the process of turning into the 'flower' mah...

Your pau definitely looks very round and smooth, and cute too. (but like Mary's commented 看起来好像不够发,如果口感对就ok lor),

Anyway, think you have already mastered Auntie Irene's technique of 搓到圆圆的, and not '盐盐'的, 哈哈哈!
