Sorry but I can't see the bubbles leh. Perhaps next time you can take a close up like Auntie Irene has done for hers.
My mango enzyme made since 17 Jun afternoon, this morning 3 days liao still can't see bubbles...可能弄坏了。完蛋了。。唉。。。

Margaret, if you want to make enzyme, you must be patient,you will be able to see the bubbles slowly.
thanks Dorene, my enzyme finally have bubbles appearing after the 4th day liao..what a relieve..After stirring the following day got more & more bubbles..now can't wait to try it after the 14 days process.
