冰皮月饼
Mango Cake
Due to my hubby's birthday fall on 17/7/07, so decided to bake a cake for him.
Yesterday, with the help of Auntie Irene, after spending the whole day at her house
we finally managed to post up this Mango Cake and Mini Moon Cake。
Really very happy cos this is the first time that I bake a cake for my hubby.
Thank you Auntie Irene for all the helps and troubles.

As for my baking skill, aiya... very poor la, still have a very big room for me to improve lor. Ｉ need Dorene to 加油 together leh
