After seeing Joanne's ang ku kueh,xueli, geraldine's mother-in-law and I went to Auntie Irene's hse and learnt how to make all these colourful ang ku kuehs.I was very surprise to meet Carol and May at Auntie Irene's hse. We had a very wonderful afternoon enjoying ourself.I am very happy that with Auntie Irene's guidance, I finally know how to make them.A very big thanks to Auntie Irene

Wow, Doreen, what a good spread of Ang ku kuih with mutli-colour, beside purple, now even have orange & green with varied fillings. U all must have worked very hard today at auntie Irene house yeah... looks very nice... btw, did u all save some for me? hahaha...

Thank u for the ang ku kueh, i ate 3 at 1 shot, but that's my dinner lor,the skin is slightly harder than what I ate at Auntie Irene hse but I think maybe due to overnight liao, but I prefer your filling. My maid ate 2 too, she prefer yours oso. Actually, I want to eat 2 only leh, but I ate 1st 2 peanut, so want to try my luck on a coconut, cos same colour I can't tell which is which, well the 3rd I bingo (coconut lor) Hehe... Thanks again...

Mary, this round a little 不聼話 lor,but yesterday try again dare not 不聼話 so the texture is soft,but will try again this weekend again.Dont be lazy if you want to eat ok.go and try than let us know the texture.
