This is the Cheddar Cheese Cake that Auntie Irene baked for Richard.After seeing this cake really can't fight the temptation, so get the recipe from Auntie Irene and start my baking .The cake really taste nice and it is not cheesy at all .I love the cheddar cheese after bake cos it is crispy when you bite it. Thanks Auntie Irene for her recipe.

I told auntie Irene it should be named cheddar cheese cake loaf or cake coz the word 'loaf' gives the impression that this is a bread loaf. That's why 'u see it no up' right? quoted from auntie Irene, hahaha...
