Meat Floss Buns
After eating the little butter buns that day, really love the taste of butter and oso the shape of the buns so yesterday make this buns again as for the meat floss buns is for my two son cos they love this buns very much and oso this kind of buns really very costly if going to buy from shop so decided to make them. Tell all of you a secret, the rack with buns on top and the table are made by my Master Hubby, and it is a gift from him for our 16 anniversary that falls on 10/11/07.Here would like to thanks him for all his hardwork.Thanks Master Daddy.

Oink, thanks you too and as for the buns just arrange them into a tin just like the photo you saw and let it proof until double in side,but remember must leave some gap in between lor.

Becky, thanks for viewing my blog as for the sweet bun's recipe is same as what Auntie Irene no more butter but only the filling is with butter inside so you can try making it.

aiyah...sorry..missed wishing u & hubby happy 16th anninversary, must be because got carried away by your nice breads.... Wow, your how sweet of your master hubby to DIY the rack & table for u so that u can place your cooking stuff on it. Just wonder how many hours he spent doing it.
