Life Sometime very meaningless, Why we live? Why god created human being with so many problems in life? What is life? What actually are we looking for in life?I think there isn't any good answer to it.
At time I really find that life is very tiring ,very stressful and really feel like giving up.
Just take note that I will not be doing any blogging for a period of time.Hope all of you take good

I am very happy to know all of you and really enjoy those days getting together .
Times really flies,today is my best friend Ms Adeline's Birthday again .Last year I baked her a Peach Cake due to can't get good Mango.As for this year, I manage to get some Honey Mango but don't really taste sweet and the color don't look great, so decided to bake her a combination Cake with Durian and Mango filling as requested by her.Hope she will enjoy this combination.
Aiyo, very long never post anything liao, so yesterday ring Auntie Irene to check anything interesting to bake.She asked me to try these cookies as it taste good and easy to bake.After trying these cookies, my son love the Star Shape Cookies. 
Just wanted to bake something that is quick and easy for my youngest son to eat, so that day try baking this Crispy Almond Bar.It is already very crispy and nice that my two son finished it with in an hour and I do enjoy eating it as it is really very crispy.
The Mid Autumn Festival is just round the corner.So last week baked some Traditional Mooncakes and some Flaky Mooncakes for my family but becos very sick for the passed week so did not post the photos until today.Here I would like to wish Auntie Irene and all the Kaypo Club Member a Happy Autumn Festival and wishes all with good health and best of luck.
As I'm quite impressed with Indian making the Prata,so decided to make Prata myself.It is indeed fun to play with Prata especially when trying to flip the Prata .In state of having a big and thin Prata, my Prata sometime seem to have hole and as you flip the hole getting bigger and bigger.It may not be a easy job but I am quite happy with the end product,the taste is just as what I bought from the Prata stall.
Chocolate again.These Chocolate Rocher recipe actually from my elder sister.
Yesterday decided to call her for the information of how to make Rocher as both my sons and hubby really love Chocolate very much. After getting all the information, I start to play with it and to my surprise, the Rocher came out to be great.
Today just too lazy to bake anything.Since I still have a block of Chocolate so decided to play with it.These are the Chocolate that I come out, with Almond and Hazel nut as the filling.
I might not be a Cheese Lover but this Lite Cheesecake really taste great cos it is not cheesy at all , it is light and the texture is good.After eating this Cheesecake, I believe I am going to fall in love with cheese.
Yesterday morning,Auntie Irene called me and ask why there isn't any news from me as all the Kaypo Club member was so crazy about making this PumpkinKaya.My explanation was I dun really love Pumpkin,but she insisted that I should try this as the taste really very good.So yesterday after work,get all the ingredients and start to cook the Pumpkin Kaya.Indeed the taste really very good as I can't even taste the pumpkin and the texture really very smooth.Thanks Auntie Irene for all the effort trying to convince me to cook this great Kaya.
This cake is specially for my sister's maid Joanne which Birthday falls on last Saturday.It is a Ice Cream Cake with Chocolate , Vanilla Chips and Yam flavour coated with Mascarpone Cream.
Since the first day of my baking journal,yet to try making Jelly with filling and due to the bad weather,yesterday decided to try making Red Bean Jelly Angku.The whole process of making this dessert is not so complicated,the only time consuming is the cooking of the Red Bean.I am quite happy with the end product as is it not too sweet , the texture is not too soft nor too hard.
These Zebra Walnut Cake is from Joann that passed to Joanne, The taste really great as the texture is very fine and soft, with the Walnut combination make the whole cake taste great.Thanks Joann and Joanne.
I have been looking for a good Ban Chien Kueh recipe for quiet some time.Last Thursday ,while chatting with Joanne, She told me that she did have the recipe, so I ask her for it and try making it on Saturday.Indeed her recipe really taste great.Thanks Joanne for this great recipe.
Today is my Hubby's Birthday,cos still have some Mascarpone Cream left so yesterday night decided to bake this Mascarpone Ice Cream Cake to celebrate his Birthday .Hope he will love it.
Last Saturday just too lazy to bake something that is too complicated,so decided to bake these Roti with Chocolate Filling with my Bread Machine cos just throw all the ingredients into the machine and let it do the job.My sons really enjoy these Roti as they love chocolate very much.
Yesterday, suddenly have the feeling of making these Kueh Makmur,so at about 7.30pm I start to prepare all the ingredient and start at about 8pm.The whole process took about 3hrs b4 finish baking.Although the process is long but I think it is worth doing cos this is one of my favourite.
While baking these Kueh Bolu, it reminded me of my first attempt baking for my son cos they are my sons favourite and becos of these Kueh Bolu I get to know Auntie Irene,from her I get to know some of the Kaypo Club Member."Sign" times really fly,I know Auntie Irene already coming to 2 yrs .Over the past 2yrs, I learn a lot from her,just don't know how to put on words.Thanks Auntie Irene for all your teaching and sharing.
As a request from my colleague to give this Mochi with Gula Melaka filling, so yesterday decided to give it a try, to my surprise it really taste great.I think for those who love Mochi can give it a try with Gula Melaka filling.
This Cappuccino Mousse Cake is for my Sister which Birthday falls on 01/07/08 and my Hubby falls on 17/07/08.Since we are celebrating on 28/06/08 so decided to combine together.The taste of this Cappuccino Mousse Cake is great.Thanks Auntie Irene for this recipe.
Yesterday try baking these Healthy donut. The texture is soft and chewy.Although they are healthy ,but I still prefer the deep fry donut.
These is the Traditional Wo Ko Kueh that my youngest son and I love to eat .I saw this recipe when shopping at Popular,so decided to copy the recipe and try making it.The whole process take 3 days and 12 hrs before steaming it.I am very happy after tasting it , it reminded me that time really flies, I remember that the last time my youngest had this was about 6 yrs ago.He was so delighted when he saw this Traditional Wo Ko Kueh. 
After seeing Margaret baking the Kueh Lapis,really cannot wait to bake one for my youngest sister , so yesterday ask Auntie Irene for the recipe and start my baking at about 10.30pm.I am so happy that the end product came out to be good and taste great.Thanks Auntie Irene for the recipe and thanks Margaret , L-5 and Raymond for their hard work.
My niece love Danish Pastry very much,as a promise to her that will bake some for her the next visit and due to some matter need to meet my brother today , so yesterday decided to bake some Danish Pastry her.
Due to school holiday,so I need to make more things for my two son.As a promise to my youngest son that I will make doughnuts for him, so yesterday try these chocolate doughnuts.He was very happy that I finally make the doughnuts and to his surprise , I actually coated them with chocolate.I really enjoy watching them eating and very happy when my son said " Mummy, the doughnuts really taste great."
This Chocolate Birthday Cake is specially for my manager's daughter which Birthday falls on 17th May.Due to she love Chocolate, so decided to bake this Cake for her.Hope she will enjoy the Birthday Cake with her family.
Yesterday try baking these Chicken Pie for my sons,but too bad my younger son is having a slight fever so he didn't have the chance to taste it. According to my elder son, he commented that the chicken pie taste great with flaky pie skin and tasty chicken filling.Auntie Irene , thank you for the pepper chicken that you taught me the other day.
After eating Woo Kok, feel like eating 鲜虾咸水角 so today try makng it.The texture is quite alright but the taste is good.This is also my favourite beside Woo Kok.So does it tempt anyone up there?
This Butter Cake was bake last Saturday.The cake was actually bake last minute cos the next day need to pray my dad and elder brother and also butter cake was my brother favourite.I am very happy that the whole cake turn out to be very nice in texture and also very proud that I finally able to bake a proper butter cake compare to the first one with burnt top.
