Creme Brulee

This Creme Brulee was done yesterday, it is also Echo that demonstrates to us how to burn the sugar to get a crispy layer of caramel.My youngest son enjoy this dessert very much and ask me to make again tonight to show him how I get the crispy layer of caremel.This Creme Brulee really taste great and also easy to make. Thanks Aunty Irene and Echo for all the trouble.

Hi Dorene,

Saw Auntie Irene previously talk abt the 黑斑 using part of the enzymes. However I cant understand much as I'm not good in chinese.

Care to tell me more how you do it to remove the 黑斑...Cos i got few small batches also...newbie in making enzymes also..
