I might not be a Cheese Lover but this Lite Cheesecake really taste great cos it is not cheesy at all , it is light and the texture is good.After eating this Cheesecake, I believe I am going to fall in love with cheese.

your lite cheesecake texture looks great, just like the Japanese light cheesecake...the type which will just melt in the mouth...recently auntie Irene also made one for her niece and we have a chance to taste a piece, really very yummy...

I don't really like cheese cake maybe 1 pc is okay also coz if eat too much feel very 'jelard'.
