Viennese cookies, i also tried baking before. I saw some people pipe it into longer shaper like a finger like that, then one end they dip in melt chocolate, very nice. I tried, but failed, my chocolate never set. Also, my piping skill is so lousy, end up got long got short so ugly. Sigh... That's why i always admire your piping skill. :D
L-5, yap it really melt in the mouth and no the hand.hahaha

auntie Irene told me you have baked 2 types of cookies last night. wow, you really very fast worker, well done gal! Both cookies we have tried baking last weekend, I must say they are very fragrant. I prefer the melting one more for the creamy colour and the melting feeling in the mouth. The Viennese cookies is more crispy, also just as nice.
