Just wanted to bake something that is quick and easy for my youngest son to eat, so that day try baking this Crispy Almond Bar.It is already very crispy and nice that my two son finished it with in an hour and I do enjoy eating it as it is really very crispy.

Last Friday I also bought the Bluesky Bread Maker for $59.90 + free bread toaster, quite worth to buy.

Not yet, never use bread maker before, must read the instruction manual first,it is easy to use?

I love this almond crispy bar too, when I went to Hong Kong and Macau, bought some to munch, it's really light and crispy, but must handle with care when carry around to avoid breakage... I like it coated with lots of almond flakes...
