The Mid Autumn Festival is just round the corner.So last week baked some Traditional Mooncakes and some Flaky Mooncakes for my family but becos very sick for the passed week so did not post the photos until today.Here I would like to wish Auntie Irene and all the Kaypo Club Member a Happy Autumn Festival and wishes all with good health and best of luck.
As I'm quite impressed with Indian making the Prata,so decided to make Prata myself.It is indeed fun to play with Prata especially when trying to flip the Prata .In state of having a big and thin Prata, my Prata sometime seem to have hole and as you flip the hole getting bigger and bigger.It may not be a easy job but I am quite happy with the end product,the taste is just as what I bought from the Prata stall.
Chocolate again.These Chocolate Rocher recipe actually from my elder sister.
Yesterday decided to call her for the information of how to make Rocher as both my sons and hubby really love Chocolate very much. After getting all the information, I start to play with it and to my surprise, the Rocher came out to be great.
Today just too lazy to bake anything.Since I still have a block of Chocolate so decided to play with it.These are the Chocolate that I come out, with Almond and Hazel nut as the filling.
I might not be a Cheese Lover but this Lite Cheesecake really taste great cos it is not cheesy at all , it is light and the texture is good.After eating this Cheesecake, I believe I am going to fall in love with cheese.
Yesterday morning,Auntie Irene called me and ask why there isn't any news from me as all the Kaypo Club member was so crazy about making this PumpkinKaya.My explanation was I dun really love Pumpkin,but she insisted that I should try this as the taste really very good.So yesterday after work,get all the ingredients and start to cook the Pumpkin Kaya.Indeed the taste really very good as I can't even taste the pumpkin and the texture really very smooth.Thanks Auntie Irene for all the effort trying to convince me to cook this great Kaya.
This cake is specially for my sister's maid Joanne which Birthday falls on last Saturday.It is a Ice Cream Cake with Chocolate , Vanilla Chips and Yam flavour coated with Mascarpone Cream.
