Hi All the Kaypoh Club Member, so sorry for not responding and updating my blog due to very busy with work.Since the New Year is just only two days, I would like to wish all a very"HAPPY NEW YEAR" with many good return.Let all welcome 2009 and hope this Year will bring everybody a very successful and fruitful years.

Life Sometime Very Meaningless

Life Sometime very meaningless, Why we live? Why god created human being with so many problems in life? What is life? What actually are we looking for in life?I think there isn't any good answer to it.

At time I really find that life is very tiring ,very stressful and really feel like giving up.

Just take note that I will not be doing any blogging for a period of time.Hope all of you take good
care and hope that I can start blogging again soon.

Wholemeal Por Lor Pau

Have not been making bread for quite sometime,since I still have a packet of wholemeal flour sleeping inside my fridge, so decided to make this

Wholemeal Por Lor Pau.The taste of this bread really taste great as the wholemeal bread is soft and the topping is crispy. The most important things is that it is very healthy.

Durian & Mango Cake

Times really flies,today is my best friend Ms Adeline's Birthday again .Last year I baked her a Peach Cake due to can't get good Mango.As for this year, I manage to get some Honey Mango but don't really taste sweet and the color don't look great, so decided to bake her a combination Cake with Durian and Mango filling as requested by her.Hope she will enjoy this combination.

Cookies

Aiyo, very long never post anything liao, so yesterday ring Auntie Irene to check anything interesting to bake.She asked me to try these cookies as it taste good and easy to bake.After trying these cookies, my son love the Star Shape Cookies.

Crispy Almond Bar

Just wanted to bake something that is quick and easy for my youngest son to eat, so that day try baking this Crispy Almond Bar.It is already very crispy and nice that my two son finished it with in an hour and I do enjoy eating it as it is really very crispy.

Coffee Buttercream Cake

It's been three weeks since my last post.Due to my nephew's birthday which falls on the 5th of October, so yesterday bake this Coffee Buttercream Cake for him and cos he love Chocolate,so decided to coat it with Chocolate Ganache.Hope he will enjoy this cake.
