This is the third time I make Danish Pastry.I love this kind of pastry very much but because of the process that take quite long so can't make it very often.

Log Cake 3

This Log Cake was designed by my hubby for the Christmas Party held at my brother's place.That day we really had a very wonderful gathering together.All of us enjoy the food and of cause the log cake very much.This year's Christmas was really very meaningful to me cause not only that I have learnt how to bake,but most of all , I get to know Auntie Irene that is willing to teach and share with us.I am oso very lucky that through Auntie Irene I get to know the kaypo club members.Let hope that our friendship will forever remain, and wish Auntie Irene in the pink of health and all the kaypo club members a very Happy New Year.

Wholemeal Bread

On Saturday, after came back from Auntie Irene's place, just wondering what to have for breakfast, my younger son suggested to bake wholemeal bread and since have not try baking this bread so decided to give it a try.To my surprise, the texture of the bread is soft and it smell very fragrant and really go very well with egg and ham.So this is our breakfast on Sunday.

Kueh Lapis

I have never try baking Kueh Lapis before,as I know the process is very time consuming but becos it is a request from my hubby to bake for his buddy, I have no choice but to try baking it.Luckily ,with the help of Auntie Irene, I finally know how to bake this delicious Kueh Lapis and hope that his buddy will enjoy this so called "Thousand Layer Cake."

Butter Cake

Look ! this is a Butter Cake that using different recipe and was given by Auntie Irene. Can anybody tell the different between this and the one that taught by Auntie Irene at Violet's Blog.

Cheese Cup Cake

This is Cheese Cup Cake that Auntie Irene taught me last week, and it is specially bake for my younger son cos he loves cheese.Unlike him, my elder son and me don't really love cheese ,but after baking this cheese cup cake with chocolate sauce,the smell is really very great .My youngest son even commented that "Mum it seem that what ever things you cook, they taste really very delicious."and I reply "It all goes to Auntie Irene for being a good teacher that willing to share her knowledge of baking with us."

Almond Suji Cookies

Last week, after eating the Almond Suji Cookies that my good friend bought from JB, can't fight the temptation of these cookies, so yesterday baked some just to ease my craving cos this is oso one of my favorites CNY Cookies.

Peanut Butter Cup Cake

This is a Peanut Butter Cup Cake that done last Sunday.The texture of this cup cake is a bit rough,but becos with peanut butter the smell and taste is very nice.

Cereal Cake

This is a cereal cake, it taste a bit like butter cake but the texture is soft.When bite it actually give you a very nice smell.

炸酱面

Last Saturday decided to cook 炸酱面 becos the ingredient already bought 1 week ago.My childred and I love the taste of this noodles, but becos I love to eat hot stuff so cut some chillies to go with it and it really very slurp.For those who still have not try this noodle should act fast.

Cheddar Cheese Cake

This is the Cheddar Cheese Cake that Auntie Irene baked for Richard.After seeing this cake really can't fight the temptation, so get the recipe from Auntie Irene and start my baking .The cake really taste nice and it is not cheesy at all .I love the cheddar cheese after bake cos it is crispy when you bite it. 已经很久没做这蒸蛋糕了。当我在做这个蛋糕时，让我回想起这可是曾经在Auntie Irene 的 blog 轰动一时的美味蛋糕，也让我回味了以前跟一群朋友一起学做蛋糕的过程。现在也只能回味往事。

The name of these cookies is called"满城爱心黄金甲" which was given by my hubby and with the help of my youngest son, I managed to post the title in chinese.The cookies may look nothing special but the taste is good.

My two sons , after eating the log cake that I learn from Auntie Irene that day, keep pestering me to bake another one . So yesterday night decided to bake this Mini Log Cake for him since today is the PSLE Posting result.Hope that he can achieve flying colours for his studies .

Time flies really very fast, the X'mas seasons is just round the corner.Every year during this season, I will be very happy cos I just love the feeling of X'mas and every year , I am hoping that I can bake a log cake for my family.Finally with the help of Auntie Irene, I managed to make a log cake so I believe this season will be very meaningful to me. After eating the little butter buns that day, really love the taste of butter and oso the shape of the buns so yesterday make this buns again as for the meat floss buns is for my two son cos they love this buns very much and oso this kind of buns really very costly if going to buy from shop so decided to make them. Tell all of you a secret, the rack with buns on top and the table are made by my Master Hubby, and it is a gift from him for our 16 anniversary that falls on 10/11/07.Here would like to thanks him for all his hardwork.Thanks Master Daddy.

Little Butter Buns

It's been quite some time since I had last baked buns.Yesterday decided to bake these little butter buns.It taste totally delicious when you bite, the sweet butter smell really urge you to take another bite. My son and I love these little butter buns very much.

Chessy Muffins

After eating the healthy yogurt chiffon cake,just feel like having something that is a bit cheesy so decided to bake these cheesy muffins. The texture is not too hard and oso not too soft, for those that like cheese can try this muffins.

This is Chiffon Cake using yogurt and optima flour, the texture is very soft and it taste really very nice that my son can't beat the temptation of having another piece .

Yesterday, my husband asks me if I can make something for him to bring to office for his worker, after considering, decided to made cocoa and pandan kueh ampen for him.As for the chocolate pudding cake is for my son cos they love the texture and chocolate flavour.

This is my younger son Ric Last Saturday, my family and I went to Kelong Fishing Resort at Pulau Sibu in Malaysia.We really enjoy fishing at the Kelong ,but too bad that day not much fishes ,so we didn't manage to catch any big fish.Anyway, it is really very relaxing fishing at the kelong and I love standing on the platform ,looking at the big sea with all worries throwing behind.

After seeing Joanne's donuts , so decided to make these donuts for my boys breakfast.When my younger son tried the donuts and commented that "Mummy these donuts really soft and taste good."So I reply by saying"ya the recipe is from Auntie Irene."He shows me his thumb by raising up and said"YUMMY"

Peach Fruit Cake This peach fruit cake is for one of my colleague (but she is oso my good friend) birthday which falls on Sunday,so a few of the managers and me decided to celebrate for her on thursday.Hope she will like this cake and wishes her Happy Birthday and be happy forever.

Kueh Ampen After trying JoannE's Kueh Ampen,really love this kueh so much ,so yesterday try making and it turn out to be very successful . Total I have make about 100 over pcs .My mother-in-law and younger son love them very much. Thanks Auntie Irene and JoannE for this Kueh Ampen.

Early Birthday Celebration for Somewhere

Yesterday was a very happy occasion cos we have an early birthday celebration

for SOMEWHERE which birthday fall on this month.All the kaypo club member went to auntie Irene's place for the celebration.First would like to thanks auntie irene for all the hard work and oso a very big thanks to Nicole for spending her time at Auntie Irene's place helping out all the good dishes .Last but not lease to thanks JoannE,Mary ,Margaret ,Xueli, Oink,Richard, Joann and Mabel for all the contribution and hope that our friendship will last forever.
