Sweet Bun with streasel topping These sweet bun with streasel topping and chocolate mini croissant is actually baked 2 weeks ago,cos did not sent the photos to auntie irene so cannot manage to post them on time. The streasel is very crispy when you bite it.

Oink, the croissant's chocolate is actually in between hard and soft type so when it is cool the testure is still a bit soft.

Margaret,these mini croissant is using sweet bun,and the actual is danish pastry not puff pastry why I use sweet bun is becos danish pastry is using croissant margarine not so healthy.
