Last week, after eating the Almond Suji Cookies that my good friend bought from JB, can't fight the temptation of these cookies, so yesterday baked some just to ease my craving cos this is oso one of my favorites CNY Cookies.

thou suji cookies is not my favourite, but i know that this cookies tastes good, that it melt in the mouth and yours look just like that & they look cute too...

think your Almond Suji cookies is another type of 酥& melting 口感, must be very nice too.
Same as auntie Irene, I have tried & preferred the popular 杏仁饼 from in HK. It's very fragrant & with crunchy almond inside the cookies.
