Look ! this is a Butter Cake that using different recipe and was given by Auntie Irene. Can anybody tell the different between this and the one that taught by Auntie Irene at Violet's Blog.
ha! ha! you also bake butter cake. Me too. Aunt Irene also ask me to try a new recipe I felt that very curious so bake last nite.Actually it is quite good texture, very soft and moist.
Both of u are just great, can bake anytime just like that. Really 佩服得五体投地！
I can see that this butter cake looks soft & the colour very yellow, and the top very evenly flat，not like the traditional one the centre abit high & with crack appearing
Margaret, just tell you a secret but remember dun let auntie irene know,this butter cake is actually auntie irene ask to bake she want to know the texture of this cake so cannot dun bake or else die already oso dun know why.hahaha
Oink, ask auntie irene to teach you so you can taste the diff.
U still haven't told me whether my spotting of the difference between this cake and the previous one taught by auntie Irene is correct or not leh....heehee...
