This is Cheese Cup Cake that Auntie Irene taught me last week, and it is specially bake for my younger son cos he loves cheese.Unlike him, my elder son and me don't really love cheese ,but after baking this cheese cup cake with chocolate sauce,the smell is really very great .My youngest son even commented that "Mum it seem that what ever things you cook, they taste really very delicious."and I reply "It all goes to Auntie Irene for being a good teacher that willing to share her knowledge of baking with us."

I have not try to bake cheese cake cup yet. Agreed with you, Auntie Irene is a very good teacher and she is not selfish to share her knowledge of baking with us.
Eileen, if you loves cheese , than must learn this cup cake becos it is really very nice with the chocolate sauce.

I've tried the last cheese cup cake baked by Nicole & auntie Irene, it's really very nice, melt in the mouth. Better than mine baked earlier. Think need to get the batter right in order to the right texture.
