On Saturday, after came back from Auntie Irene's place, just wondering what to have for breakfast, my younger son suggested to bake wholemeal bread and since have not try baking this bread so decided to give it a try.To my surprise, the texture of the bread is soft and it smell very fragrant and really go very well with egg and ham.So this is our breakfast on Sunday.

Actually,It is not everybody know to appreciate of wholemeal bread. Since you said that this wholemeal bread are very soft and nice. Think that maybe I will try to bake and to let my family to try it.

My family also prefer to eat wholemeal bread to white bread coz it contains more nutrients & is healthy to eat more. I have bought the wholemeal flour now sleeping at auntie Irene's house, waiting for her to teach me. She told me she is not in favour of wholemeal bread rough texture woh, so still procrastinating...now I see u can bake until so soft, nice & fragrant...must bake it when I return from my trip....

It's look really nice, my husband loves to eat the french loaf, I have learned from auntie irene last sat, but yet to try it at home. I think I will try this PH. thanks again for the tips hor. :)
