Last week try baking the 菠萝包 ,but Aunty Irene explain that the bun should be high up and the 菠萝皮 should only cover the top so last weekend try baking it again.I also try baking Christmas Stollen, this bread really taste as great as the 菠萝包.My son enjoy eating both.Thanks Aunty Irene for the recipes.
