Yesterday night bake the 烫种 Chocolate and Wholemeal Bread .The taste is really soft and great.My family love the Chocolate Bread very much especially when toast and spread with Kaya and put a piece of butter.
I really admire your loaf. For making bun, i can get the soft texture, but for loaf, i just couldn't get the right texture. May i ask how do you shape the loaf?
Becky. if you can get the soft texture for bun than for the loaf shd not be a problem .To shape the loaf, just roll the dough like swiss roll and put it into the loaf tin and let it proof.
Remember that the length of the loaf must not be longer than you loaf tin or the loaf after proofing will curl like a snake.
