Yesterday,after dinner with my hubby, we happen to pass by a bookshop and saw this recipe . After looking through ,I decided to buy the book and try out these crispy fritters cos this is also one of my favourite.The process of making the fritters is actually very easy and fast and the end product came out to be very crispy.

I like crispy fritters. It is very crispy. I ate it when my sister-in-law bought it for CNY goodies. Is this crispy fritters use 豆腐 to make it?
Eileen, no it is using flour,and it is quite plain in taste but very nice with chilly or curry.
